Shipping Policy Most orders will be shipped within 48 business hours. USPS is our preferred shipping option. Warranty & Return Policy Most products carry at least a one year warranty through the manufacturer. Individual product pages will specify if warranty terms differ. Products that are defective will be replaced with an identical unit. The customer pays for return shipping. Returns of a non-defective nature will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. |
Environmental Responsibility Whenever possible we try to do our part. Our shipping boxes are 20-30% recycled material and our packing peanuts are 100% recycled or biodegradable. We're also on the look out for innovative products that help everyone do their part for the environment. |
